After a concerted effort by SERC and others in the UK, the interest in AD as an efficient, reliable and cost effective technology for waste treatment by end users and waste management stakeholders has increased significantly. This was evident in this event which attracted 120 delegates bringing together policy makers, local authorities, AD technology suppliers, AD merchant providers, stakeholders within the agricultural sector and waste and energy consultancy companies.
